ADP WFN Error: "User is forbidden from accessing this resource"

Managers who are assigned to some, but not all, of a company's locations in 7shifts may see an error when they run the ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN) time sheet export. The export defaults to All Locations, and a Manager can only pull data for the locations they're assigned to. Selecting a specific location from the location dropdown before running the export clears the error.

Select a location before running the ADP Workforce Now export

To run the ADP WFN export as a Manager, choose one of your assigned locations instead of leaving the default All Locations selection.

1. Head over to Time Clocking in 7shifts > Click into the applicable pay period. 
2. In the location dropdown, select a location.
3. Click Export > ADP WFN Export the again. The "User is forbidden from accessing this resource" error no longer appears.
