Does 7shifts send tip credits or shortages to ADP?

No. 7shifts does not send tip credit or tip shortage data to ADP. If you're seeing a Tip Credit and Tip Credit Offset line item on employee paystubs after exporting your payroll file from 7shifts, that display is coming from ADP - not 7shifts.

7shifts pushes tip data to ADP. Once ADP receives that data, their system determines how to format, and display it based on the payroll configurations set up on their platform.
