ADP WFN Error code: "Label not found, missing following key..."

Issue

When attempting to export data from 7shifts to ADP Workforce Now, you may receive the following error message: "Label not found, missing following key: the employee must set up for FLSA Overtime."

Cause

This error occurs because the required overtime rules have not been configured within the ADP Workforce Now system for the affected employees.

What To Do

FLSA Overtime setup in ADP Workforce Now is managed by ADP's service team - it cannot be configured independently through the ADP portal alone.

To resolve this error, contact your ADP service team and ask them to confirm that FLSA Overtime is correctly configured for each affected employee. Both the front-end employee profile settings and any back-end system configuration must be in place before the export will succeed.
