ADP WFN Error code: "Label not found, missing following key..."

When attempting to export data from 7shifts to ADP Workforce Now, you may receive the following error message: "Label not found, missing following key: the employee must set up for FLSA Overtime."

Cause

This error occurs because the required overtime rules have not been configured within the ADP Workforce Now system for the affected employees.

What To Do

To resolve this export error, you must configure the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime settings directly in ADP's platform.

Issue Unresolved

If the error persists after you update the settings in ADP Workforce Now, please contact ADP Support for further assistance.
