Grant Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Access in West Virginia

To comply with West Virginia state regulations, 7shifts Payroll customers must grant Check Technologies TPA access to West Virginia State Income Tax (SIT) so that Check Technologies can manage payroll-related communications directly with the agency on your behalf.

Grant TPA access to West Virginia SIT


  1. Go to the West Virginia MyTaxes website and log in.
  2. Select Manage My Profile in the top right corner.
  3. Click on the More... tab and select Grant Third Party Access.
  4. Enter the following details to send access:
  • User Name: CheckWV
  • Email: tax@checkhq.com
  1. Define the access level as File and Pay.
  2. Submit the request to grant access.
