Where is my ADP Partner ID when reconnecting the integration?

Question

Where is my ADP Partner ID after disconnecting and trying to reconnect the integration?

Answer

No, you cannot view your ADP Partner ID in 7shifts once the initial handshake between the two systems is complete. 7shifts removes the Partner ID from the dashboard to prevent fraud and duplicate connections.

Why This Happens

The Partner ID is a unique security identifier used only for the first connection between 7shifts and ADP. Once you successfully link the accounts, 7shifts masks or removes this ID from your settings. Disconnecting the integration in 7shifts does not make the original Partner ID visible again because the security logic remains in place to protect your account data.

What To Do

If you need to set up a new integration or reconnect a clean account, you must initiate the authorization from the ADP side rather than looking for a code in 7shifts.

  1. Log into your ADP account and navigate to the ADP Marketplace.

  2. Locate the 7shifts Connector app.

  3. Authorize the new connection or subscription within ADP.

  4. Return to your 7shifts account.

  5. Go to Apps & Integrations > My Integrations.

  6. Select ADP and the connection data will automatically populate in 7shifts once the ADP authorization is successful.
