How to reactivate a cancelled 7shifts account

If your 7shifts account was previously cancelled and you would like to resume using our services, you can reactivate it by providing updated payment information. Re-entering your billing details will restore access to your account data and features.


Reactivate your 7shifts account

⚠️ Important: Only the Account Owner or an Admin can perform reactivation steps and access the billing page for a cancelled account.

  1. Log in to 7shifts as the Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Billing page, where you will be automatically directed upon login.
  3. Enter your payment details to reactivate the 7shifts account.
