How to reactivate a cancelled 7shifts account
If your 7shifts account was previously cancelled and you would like to resume using our services, you can reactivate it by providing updated payment information. Re-entering your billing details will restore access to your account data and features.
Reactivate your 7shifts account
⚠️ Important: Only the Account Owner or an Admin can perform reactivation steps and access the billing page for a cancelled account.
- Log in to 7shifts as the Admin.
- Navigate to the Billing page, where you will be automatically directed upon login.
- Enter your payment details to reactivate the 7shifts account.
