How to Enable Partial Shift Trading

By default, your employees can only offer up their whole shift into the Shift Pool. However, if you enable the 'Partial Shifts' setting, your employees will have the option to split their shift up and only offer part of their shift for other employees to take.

Here's how to enable it:

1. As an Admin, head to Settings > Company Setting.

2. Click on the Shift Pool tab, select the 'Partial Shifts' option, and click on the 'Save' button.

3. That's it! Your employees can now offer up a portion of their shift to their coworkers. 

Once enabled, your employees will be able to choose whether they want to offer up their full shift or a part of it.
