Availability Requests (Mobile)

When Employees submit their Repeating or Weekly Availability, it will go to Managers for approval. Here's how to approve / decline a request:

1. Go to 'Availability' in the More menu.

2. Tap on the Availability request you wish to respond to, under the Request tab:

3. When viewing the request, you will be able to view the reason and comments for each day, explaining why someone isn't available.

Tap on the day to view the reason and comments.  


4. To approve or decline the request, tap the three dots at the top right of the screen.

5. Choose to Decline or Approve the request:


Note: Employees will receive a notification once you approve/decline the request.
