Availability Requests (Mobile)

For Admins & Managers

When Employees submit their Recurring or Temporary Availability, it will go to Managers for approval.

  1. In the More menu, go to Availability:



  2. Use the tabs accordingly:



    Requests - manage your team's availability by approving or denying their requests.

    Approved - review your team's approved availability to better plan for future scheudles.

    Mine - check in on your availability submissions to ensure that your shifts will work for you.

    " + " - click on the plus icon at the top right of your screen to submit availability for yourself and your employees.

⚠️ Managers/Assistant Managers require permission: Can manage other employee's availability.

⚠️ Managers/Assistant Managers can edit, delete and add availabilities for Employees that share the same Location settings, and of a lower user-level type.


To approve/decline a request:

    1. Go to Availability in the More menu.

    2. Under the Request tab, tap on the Availability request you wish to respond to:



    3. When viewing the request, tap on a day to view the changes, reasons, and comments.



      For example:




    4. Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen:



    5. Choose to Decline or Approve the request:

    6. (optional) Leave a comment:

    7. Tap Ok to finalize this request.

Note: Employees will receive a notification once you approve/decline the request.
