Enabling and Customizing Employee Health Check
1. As an Admin, head over to Time Clocking > Settings.
2. Check the 'Employee health check' box, then click on 'Customize Questions.'
3. Once enabled, you can select your questions to be in English, Spanish, and French. Select the languages you want to include, then click on 'Questions' to customize.
4. The default Health Check questions will be auto-populated, and with Customization, you can add as many additional questions as you like.
Questions need to be phrased so employees can only respond with YES / NO. If an employee fails a Health Check, by selecting 'YES' to any question, they will be unable to punch in. Managers and Admins will receive an email and SMS / push notification that a failed response was recorded.
For example: Have you travelled out of the country in the last 14 days?
A 'YES' response will be marked as a failed response.
5. Once you've added your questions, scroll down and click Save Questions.
6. Set your notification settings to receive Health Check alerts by going to Settings > My Account > Notifications:
Health Check notifications can be sent by email and SMS / push.
However, Admins will receive these automatically.
Punching in for Employees
When employees punch in for their shift, they will be required to answer each question with a 'Yes' or 'No'.
Employees can tap on the dropdown in the top right corner to select additional language options (enabled under the Employee Health Check settings).
If they answer 'Yes' to any question, they will not be allowed to punch in and will be directed to talk to a Manager.
You will receive an email and SMS / push notification that an employee has failed the Health Check. To view the details, go to your Employee Health Check Report.
Employee Health Check Report
You can run a report for the last 24 hours or the last 3 months to show all your employee responses and download it as CSV file.
