Updating your Subscription from Monthly to Annual Payments

If you would like to update your 7shifts subscription from monthly payments to annual payments, you can do this directly from the web app at app.7shifts.com.

⚠️ Only an Admin will be able to update the billing info or subscription for the account.
⚠️ If you wish to update your subscription frequency from annual to monthly, please reach out to support at  support@7shifts.com for further assistance.
Here's how you can update your billing frequency in 7shifts:

1. Navigate to the Billing page by hovering over the '7shifts' logo in the top right and selecting 'Billing & Plans.'

2. Next, click on your subscription.

3. Click on 'View plans.' Screen_Shot_2022-06-07_at_1.49.01_PM.png

 

4. Next, click on the toggle near the top of the page to enable the annual billing option. You'll know you've done this correctly if the color of the toggle changes to orange.

5. Finally, you will need to confirm the desired plan for the account going forward.

⚠️ You can select the same plan your account is currently on or a different one. Please ensure that you select carefully.

Your annual invoice will be processed immediately after you've confirmed your plan. The remaining balance you had for the current month's subscription will be prorated as a discount on this next invoice.
