Shift Trading
Employees will be able to request shift trades with each other through the Shift Pool! This will not only make trading/swapping shifts easier for your employees, it will also streamline the approval process to save your managers time.
If the trades/swaps cause any labor infractions, they will be highlighted in order to prevent any accidental scheduling issues.
