Billing

With 7shifts, you're billed monthly or yearly for all active paid subscriptions, excluding free trials. Your selected plan and add-ons are applied to all of your locations. That means you'll be billed the same amount per location, except when pay-per-use add-ons apply. You have the flexibility to:

  • Set one payment method for all Locations
  • For Accounts with multiple locations,set different payment methods for your Locations

This article covers the general Billing page and provides resources on making changes/updates to your Account. 

Prerequisites

⚠️ Only Admins can access Account billing details.


Access your Billing Page

You can access your billing, payment methods, and invoice details directly in the web app:

  1. Log in to the web app as an Admin.

  2. In the left navigation bar, head to Settings > Billing (or, hover over your profile icon > Billing & Plans).

  3. Use the tabs to view your Subscriptions:

  4. Click on the pencil icon pencil-icon.png to edit your subscription to expand more details.
