The Contacts page is a directory, that allows you to quickly and easily connect with any of your teammates within your 7shifts account.

Prerequisites

⚠️ The Contact page will only be visible if an Admin has enabled this setting within the account. This can be found under Settings > Company Settings > General. For more questions about this, reach out to them directly.

⚠️ Managers, Assistant Managers, and Employees will be restricted to seeing users that are assigned to the same Locations as them.

View the Contacts page

Use the tabs to change your viewing preferences through the mobile or web app:

Log into the mobile app.
Go to the more menu in the bottom right corner of the app and tap on the Contacts tab:
Next, you can search and tap on the name of the Employee you'd like to view.

⚠️ Employees will only be able to see users who are assigned to the same locations as them.
From here, you can get in touch with them by sending a direct message, giving them a call, or sending them an email.

Log into the web app.
Click on your profile icon at the top right of the page.
Select Contacts:
Use the search bar to narrow down your results by name spelling.
