Update Your Payment Method

If you need to make a change to your payment/credit card information in 7shifts, you can do this directly from the web app as long as you are an Admin for the account.

⚠️ Billing-related changes are not accessible from the mobile app. Please ensure that you sign in, as an Admin, from app.7shifts.com when making any billing updates.

To update your billing information in 7shifts:

  1. Log in to the web app as an Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Billing page by clicking on your profile photo in the top right and selecting Billing & Plans.
  3. Click on the pencil icon next to the subscription.
  4. Select Update Payment Method:

  5. Select an existing payment method, or add a new payment method. 
    If you are adding a new payment method, follow the steps in the modal to enter your payment details > agree to our Terms and Conditions > Pay.
  6. Once you update your payment method, it will become the new default for your subscription, and all future payments will be charged to this card.
  7. Head back to your Billing page to verify the Payment Method attached to your Locations' subscriptions.
  8. To update the email address that invoices will be sent to, click on the Change email button under the invoice email section:
