How to Find Your Omnivore Site ID

When integrating a POS (i.e., Aloha POS) with 7shifts via Omnivore, you’ll need your Site ID—also referred to as your Location ID. This ID allows Omnivore to connect your POS system with your 7shifts account. Follow the steps below to locate your Site ID directly from your POS computer.

You may need admin access to the POS to open this file.

Open File Explorer on your POS computer.
Navigate to This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files (x86) > POS Agent.
In the POS Agent folder, look for a file called sit.ini.
Right-click the sit.ini file and choose Open with > Notepad.
In the Notepad file, locate the line with the Username - this is your Omnivore Site ID.
