What To Do

The error message 'Oops, we're unable to Export to ADP Workforce Now' with the detail 'codedHoursEarning: PTO is invalid' means that 7shifts is encountering a problem sending Paid Time Off (PTO) data to your ADP Workforce Now account. This typically happens when PTO is being sent from 7shifts, but PTO is not configured or enabled within your ADP account.

To resolve the error message, you have three options:

  1. If you need to run payroll immediately, the fastest way is to remove the problematic PTO entries from 7shifts. After the ADP export, you can re-enter the PTO if necessary. To delete the PTO entries from 7shifts navigate to Schedules > Time Off, find the relevant requests, and click the More options icon to use the delete option. After deleting, try exporting to ADP again.
  2. Enable and configure PTO within your ADP WFN account. This will ensure that future PTO  is process correctly.

Issue Unresolved

If PTO is already configured in ADP but the error persists, contact ADP Support to verify that WFN services are enabled in Netsecure. Only ADP Support can review or enable this setting.
