Why Aren’t Employees Showing on the Payroll Mapping Page in 7shifts?

When I navigate to the Payroll Mapping Page, there is an error message "No results found" and I'm not able to see any employees.

Payroll integrations, such as QuickBooks, often don't use the concept of "Locations" within their system. When employees are imported into 7shifts, they won't have a Location assigned to them.

In 7shifts, the Payroll Mapping page defaults to one Location filter. This may initially make it appear as though no employees were imported. However, the employees are still present and can be revealed by changing the Location filter to All Locations.

Follow these steps to locate your employees on the Payroll Mapping page:
 

  1. Log in to the web app as an Admin or Manager/Assistant Manager with permissions.
  2. In the left navigation bar, head to Apps & Integrations > Mapping.

  3. Select All Locations in the Location filter.
