How to Disconnect the ADP Connector

In the scenario that you'd like to disconnect or cancel an ADP Connector while keeping your 7shifts subscription, you can do this through the ADP Marketplace.

Prerequisites

⚠️ Once you have removed the connector in the ADP Marketplace, data will stop data syncing between ADP and 7shifts.

Remove an ADP Connector

Whether you need to completely remove, or reconnect your integration, follow the steps below.

Step 1: From ADP Marketplace

Log into your ADP account with your ADP Run or ADP Workforce Now credentials.
Navigate to the ADP Marketplace.
Click on the dropdown menu underneath your name and select My Apps.
Locate the 7shifts Connector.
Hover over the gear icon > select Manage App.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Select the date of cancellation and click Continue to confirm.

Step 2: From 7shifts

Log into the web app as an Admin.
In the left navigation bar, head to Apps & Integrations > My Integrations.
Select ADP > Settings.
Click Disconnect.

Reconnect the Integration

If you need to reconnect the integration, you will need to set it up from new. Refer to the following guides:
