Reactivate an Admin

As Admins have the highest level of access, including permissions for sensitive tasks such as cancelling the account or managing billing information, only 7shifts Support can reactivate a deactivated Admin to maintain account security.


To reactivate an Admin:

⚠️ For security and reporting purposes, you may be required to verify yourself as an Admin and the Account Owner.

  1. Log in as an Admin.
  2. Start a chat with 7shifts Support.
  3. Share the name and email address of the Admin you wish to reactivate.
  4. Confirm that they should regain their previous access and permissions.
