View Employee Banking Details

Access employee payment and banking details in 7shifts if captured through Employee Onboarding or 7shifts Payroll.

Prerequisites

⚠️ Employee banking details are recorded through Employee Onboarding (where Payment Method has been enabled for the package) or with 7shifts Payroll

⚠️ Managers/Assistant Managers must have the following permissions: Can edit employees, Can manage employee documents, Can manage and pay for Employee Onboarding.


To view detailed employee payment and banking information, head to the Onboarding page:

  1. Log in to the web app as an Admin or Manager/Assistant Manager with permissions.

  2. In the left navigation bar, head to Team > Onboarding.

  3. Select the In-progress or Completed tabs.

  4. Click on an Employee to expand their details.

  5. Select Payment Method.


For a quick look, the last 4 digits of the connected account can be viewed from an Employee Profile:

  1. Log in to the web app as an Admin or Manager/Assistant Manager with permissions.

  2. In the left navigation bar, head to Team > click on an employee to expand their profile.

  3. Select the Wages and Payments tab.
