What Does "Reactivation Pending" Mean in 7shifts?

When an employee’s profile shows a Reactivation Pending status in 7shifts, it means that the employee has not yet confirmed the reactivation of their account.

Once an Admin, Manager, or Assistant Manager initiates the reactivation process, the system sends the employee an email with a reactivation invite. The employee must click the link in that email to verify their account and confirm reactivation.

Until the employee completes this step, their profile remains inactive, and they will still appear on the Inactive Employee list with a yellow Reactivation Pending icon next to their name.
