Why aren't employees able to access their shifts in 7shifts?

Answer

In 7shifts, employees can only view the Departments they're assigned to. If you want them to access multiple departments, simply assign them to all relevant departments. The schedules they see will correspond to the departments they’re assigned to.

This setup allows employees to see who they're working with within their assigned Departments while maintaining privacy by restricting access to only the necessary information. For this reason, it’s essential to set up a complete Account Structure (Location/Department/Roles).
