Review Timesheet Punches (for Employees)

Here's how you can manage and view your punches within 7shifts.

In this article, you'll learn how to access and view your timesheets so you can easily monitor your worked hours.

Prerequisites

⚠️ Only Admins can enable the ability to view timesheets and earnings. For more questions about this, please reach out to your Admin directly.

⚠️ Viewing Estimated earnings is only available on the mobile app.

View your Punches

Use the tabs to change your viewing preferences through the mobile or web app:

Log into the mobile app.
Tap on the More menu icon at the bottom right corner.
Select Timesheets & Earnings.
Tap on the pay period you'd like to review.
Use the tabs to select Time Punches to view when you clocked in/out for shifts or Earnings to view your estimated earnings.

Log into the web app.
In the left navigation bar, head to My Timesheets.
Use the Pay Periods drop-down menu to select a date range.
Click Export CSV to download your timesheet on your local device.
