How to Cancel a Shift Trade Request (for Employees)

If a shift trade request has not been approved, either party can take back their shift and cancel the trade by the following two options.

Cancel a Shift Trade

Use the tabs to change your viewing preferences through the mobile or web app:

Heading over to the bottom right more menu ☰ > Shift Pool > Mine > Cancel Trade:

Or, by going to the shift on the Schedule page and tapping Take Back.

Heading over to the Shift Pool > My trades > hitting Cancel Trade:
