Update: Data Sync Interruptions Impacting Microsoft Systems.

We are aware that the recent Windows Crowdstrike outage has caused disruptions to some of our customers’ POS systems running on Windows machines. As a result, some delays in data syncing to 7shifts for those with active integrations between 7shifts and POS systems may occur once the systems are restored.

No other issues with your POS integration with 7shifts are anticipated at this time. To address any issues with your Windows machines, please contact your internal IT teams for assistance. Additionally, we recommend monitoring the Crowdstrike website for updates on the status of the outage and guidance on resolution.
