Can I edit a Payroll that is Pending?

Can I edit or make changes to a payroll that is in pending status?

Answer:

Payrolls that are in 'Pending' status can be reopened to make edits within 60 minutes after approval.

When you reopen a payroll in 'Pending' status, it will return to 'Draft' status. After approval, the payroll will exit the 'Draft' status.

If you need to make changes and want to preserve the original employee pay date, be sure promptly make the required edits and resubmit the payroll before the submission deadline. If you reopen the payroll before the deadline but resubmit it afterward, the employee payment date may be delayed.
