We've improved the pop-up add employee window on the Schedule page! As you create an Employee, you can set up user-level types and roles using new fields. These profile details are essential for accurate reporting across 7shifts.

Employee Timesheet Report and Inactive Employees

When you mark an Employee as inactive in 7shifts, their contact information, past punches and published shifts remain in 7shifts for record-keeping purposes. You can access their worked hours by running the Employee Timesheet report whenever needed.
