2. Invite Your Employees to Enroll

The following article covers how your management team can invite employees to receive Tip Payouts in 7shifts. Once the invitations have been sent, the Employees will receive a notification to accept it, and Managers can monitor and manage these invitations as needed.

Send Invites

1. Login as an Admin or Manager/Assistant Manager with permissions.
   
   
2. In the left navigation bar, select Tip Management > Tip Payouts > click on the Employees tab.
   
   
3. Set your Location from the dropdown menu, and select + Invite Employees:
   
   

   
   
   

4. Use the search bar to bulk add employees by their assigned role or by their individual employee profile. We'll let you know how many employees have not yet been invited for each role.
   

   
   
   

5. Review the list of employees who are receiving invites. If needed, use the trashcan to delete their invites - the invite list will automatically update the count of those not yet invited.
   
   

   

6. Hit Send invites.
   
   
7. Once the invitations have been sent, your Employees will receive a push notification on their mobile devices, and an email prompting them to accept their invite (depending on their unique notification settings).

8. You can always return to the Employees tab to review the status of the invitations. Use the filters to switch between locations, and narrow down your search by Payee status:
   
   

   
   
   

9. Click on the More options icon    to resend a payee's invite, or unlink their profile:
