Why can't I see my schedule?

If you're unable to see your schedule in 7shifts, here are some common reasons and troubleshooting steps to help you get access.

In the event that you're not able to see your schedule on the mobile app, you can always view your schedule on the web app at app.7shifts.com.


What To Do

Have you accepted your invitation?

Before you can view your schedule, you need to accept the invitation sent to you by your employer. This invitation will be sent to your email and will connect you to your employer's 7shifts account. Be sure not to create a new or trial 7shifts account yourself, as it won’t link you to your employer’s schedule. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders!

 

Verify Assignments set by your Employer.

Access to schedules in 7shifts is based on the specific Location and Department your employer has assigned to you. If you can’t see your schedule, you may not be assigned to the correct Location or Department within the system. Reach out to your direct manager and ask them to review your assignments in 7shifts. They can ensure that your profile is set up correctly, so you have the necessary access.

 

Verify Login Credentials

We suggest that you reach out to your Manager directly to verify your login credentials and e-mail that you were set up with.
