Jan 9 - Web & Mobile

Introducing Shout-outs! Formerly known as Employee Kudos, Shout-outs elevates appreciation within a public team channel. If you have a shift scheduled, the Shout-out button in the mobile app's messaging section prompts you to recognize your team members, remaining visible until the end of the day. Users can choose from five shout-outs or add a personalized touch. 

As Employee Kudos is now deprecated, mobile users need to update to the latest app version to continue sending Shout-outs:

We're thrilled to announce an update to the Engage Dashboard, to provide you and your team with more actionable and insightful experience. To simplify the data, location stats have been categorized into three sections: Lates, Attendance, and Dropped Shifts and Shift Bids. These enhancements offer increased visibility to boost employee engagement/performance, recognize high-performing employees, and optimize scheduling based on reliability and performance metrics.
