Payroll Check Format

The PDF that is provided to you is in standard DLT159 format, that can be ordered from Deluxe. Please note that DLT159 is backwards compatible with DLT104.

The format will include: the Employee's name, residence address, the date, and the dollar amount. This information is typically printed on paper check-stock and you can customize the check format to include your company and banking information.

To customize your checks, we also suggest reaching out to your bank or using a service such as ChecKeeper to do this.
