When are Shift Feedback notifications sent?

Shift Feedback notifications are sent at the end of an Employee's scheduled shift - not when they have clocked out. It will be accessible to fill out for 48 hours after the scheduled shift ends. 

For example: If an Employee is scheduled to work from 8 AM to 3 PM but calls in sick or no-shows, they will still receive the shift feedback notification at around 3 PM (the scheduled shift end time). The employee will then have 48 hours from 3 PM to complete the feedback. In this case, the ability to fill out the shift feedback will expire at 3 PM two days later.
